MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM LEARNING DENGAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN TUGAS DAN PAKSA

The selection and determination of the most appropriate learning strategies according to the characteristics of the students will certainly produce the desired learning objectives. The strategy of learning task and force can increase the level of discipline and independence in the students. Cooperative learning model with the model of quantum learning aid and task force learning strategies are selected to be applied in the classroom. The goal is to train the independence and discipline levels of students who are given the task so that it will collect in a short time and will be given appropriate punishment if not complete the task well. The combination of the quantum learning model with the Task Forced and Forced Strategy teaches students to be disciplined and orderly in collecting tasks with a predetermined time. The results of this combination show that learning with quantum learning model through the strategy of learning task and force can improve the learning process so that students become more disciplined and do not waste time in doing the task. The advantages of the combination of quantum learning model with the strategy of task and force learning is to improve students 'learning motivation, improve the quality of 

learning, train students' understanding with continuous assignment, teach discipline to the students in order to be responsible for the task, and reduce the feeling of laziness in student self. Suggested combinations of quantum learning models with task force and force learning strategies are applied in the classroom so that their application becomes more effective.
