Sinergi Kebijakan Hybrid Learning dan Artificial Intelligence dalam Membangun Ekosistem Literasi Digital

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergi kebijakan Hybrid Learning dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam membangun ekosistem literasi digital di lingkungan Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) untuk mengidentifikasi isu prioritas yang dihadapi kampus, serta model analisis kebijakan Dunn untuk merumuskan solusi dan rekomendasi. Dari 75 responden mahasiswa, ditemukan dua masalah utama yaitu keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan kurangnya kompetensi dosen dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Analisis Dunn menunjukkan bahwa penguatan infrastruktur digital dan peningkatan kapasitas dosen merupakan langkah strategis untuk mendukung transformasi digital kampus. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara kebijakan teknologi dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi masa depan. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan kebijakan literasi digital berbasis AI secara berkelanjutan.
