Bogor City is one of the cities in the West Java Province of Indonesia, located 59 km south of the country's capital, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. To add Bogor city tourism objects, the government promotes the structuring of dense villages in urban areas for tourism purposes as well as in order to improve the quality of life of settlements both in the economic and physical environment (basic infrastructure of settlements). One of them is in Babakan Siliwangi village, Pasir Kuda village. The arrangement of Babakan Siliwangi Village aims to create a thematic village based on the ecological, economic, social and cultural environment. The method used in this research is through quantitative descriptive method through participatory approach and comparative assessment component 4 aspects namely physical, social, economic and cultural aspects. The results of this study indicate the process of the thematic village structuring concept. This arrangement will become a thematic village tourist destination that puts forward the concept of "Green and Sustainable". In the arrangement of the Babakan Siliwangi thematic village, the concept of "Green & Sustainable" was translated into the concept of 5 thematic zones: 1. welcome area zone, 2. thematic zone of park & medicine, 3. training and production zones, 4. hydroponic and verticultural zones , 5. tambulampot (compost) zone. In addition to taking the concept of the 5 thematic zones above, physical, social and cultural components will also be applied, namely environmental road conditions, waste and green space. The concepts above that must be considered are economic and physical environmental concepts.
