PEMBEKALAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS MELALUI TAYANGAN FILM KEPADA ANAK DIDIK DI LEMBAGA PEMBINAAN KHUSUS ANAK (LPKA) PEREMPUAN, TANGERANG, BANTEN

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Anak merupakan generasi setiap bangsa di mana pun berada. Namun tidak semua anak mendapat penghidupan yang layak. Bahkan beberapa kasus, anak-anak terpapar kondisi kekerasan di lingkungan hingga melakukan suatu tindak pidana. Dari hal inilah, anak rentan menjadi korban dan pelaku di dunia kejahatan. Akhirnya anak-anak masuk dalam sistem peradilan pidana. Di dalam sistem peradilan pidana khususnya di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPAK), anak tidak bisa seutuhnya menjalani hak-haknya sebagai seorang pelajar. Berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak dalam mendapatkan pendidikan dan pembinaan anak, diperlukan sarana dan prasarana hukum yang mengantisipasi segala permasalahan yang timbul. Karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memberikan keterampilan menulis anak melalui visualisasi film. Karena anak-anak dinilai film sebagai barang mewah saat berada di LPKA. Menulis bagian dari kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan seorang pelajar saat sekolah. Anak-anak yang berada di dalam LPKA dibiasakan kembali untuk menulis meski tidak sebebas dan sesering anak-anak di luar LAPAS. Dengan begitu, anak-anak yang ada di dalam LAPAS tetap mampu mengekspresikan kejadian melalui sebuah tulisan.

ABSTRACT

Children are the generation of every nation wherever they are. But not all children get a decent living. Even in some cases, children are exposed to conditions of violence in the environment to commit a crime. From this, children are vulnerable to becoming victims and perpetrators in the world of crime. Finally, children enter the criminal justice system. In the criminal justice system, especially in the Institute for Special Development of Children (LPAK), a child cannot fully live out his rights as a student. In connection with fulfilling the right to obtain education and fostering children, legal facilities and infrastructure are needed that anticipate all problems that arise. Therefore, this Community Service (PKM) activity aims to provide children's writing skills through film visualization. Because children are considered films as luxury items while in LPKA. Writing part of a student's routine activities at school. Children inside LPKA are accustomed to writing even though they are not as free and as often as children outside Lapas. That way, the children who are in LAPAS are still able to express events through writing.
