Perspektif Calon Guru Pendidikan Dasar Terhadap Herpetofauna
Abstract
Guru SD harus memiliki perspektif yang luas tentang herpetofauna. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar guru dapat mengintegrasikan informasi herpetofauna ke dalam kurikulum dengan cara yang menarik dan informatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap calon guru pendidikan dasar tentang herpetofauna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 127 orang mahasiswa pendidikan dasar di Kota Lubuklinggau. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 65,4% sumber pengetahuan berasal dari buku dan 9,4% dari artikel (jurnal atau prosiding). Pengetahuan calon guru pendidikan dasar terhadap herpetofauna sebesar 55,56%. Sikap calon calon guru pendidikan dasar terhadap herpetofauna sebesar 71,49%. Disimpulkan perspektif calon guru pendidikan dasar pada aspek pengetahuan berkategori kurang dan sikap berkategori cukup.
