Penerapan Culturally Responsive Teaching dengan Budaya Betawi pada Pembelajaran Fisika

Abstract


Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) is a pedagogical approach that integrates students' cultures into the learning process to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of education. This article discusses the implementation of CRT using Betawi culture in Physics lessons in Indonesia. The main focus of this research is how local cultural elements can support the understanding of physics concepts and how this teaching strategy can improve student participation and achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature review and in-depth interviews as data collection methods. The results indicate that Betawi-based CRT can create a contextual, relevant, and meaningful learning experience for students.
