Penggunaan Alat Peraga Fisika Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk siswa SMP: Analisis Literature Review

Irnin Agustina Dwi Astuti, Yoga Budi Bhakti

Abstract

This study examines the use of Internet of Things (IoT)-based physics teaching aids in junior high school learning through a literature review analysis. The aim of this research is to identify the benefits, challenges, and effectiveness of IoT technology in enhancing students' understanding of physics concepts. The review findings indicate that IoT-based teaching aids enable more interactive, real-time, and data-driven learning, helping students grasp abstract concepts more concretely. This technology also supports experiment-based learning methods and increases student engagement in the learning process. However, challenges in implementation include infrastructure limitations, teacher readiness, and the cost of acquiring the tools. Overall, this study highlights that the application of IoT in physics teaching aids has great potential to improve the quality of learning in junior high schools. Training for teachers and adequate infrastructure support are essential to ensure the optimal use of this technology
