PENGARUH PENGUASAAN KALIMAT EFEKTIF DAN MINAT MEMBACA TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS DESKRIPSI SISWA SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out. 1) The effects of mastery of effective sentences and interest in reading  jointly towards the descriptive text writing skill of state high school students in Bogor Regency. 2). The effect of mastery of effective sentences on the descriptive text writing skill of state high school students in Bogor Regency. 3). The effect of interest in reading on the descriptive text writing skill of state high school students in Bogor Regency. The results of the study show: 1) There are significant effects of mastery of effective sentences and interest in reading  jointly towards the descriptive text writing skill of state high school students in Bogor Regency. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount = 9,918. 2). There is a significant effect of mastery of effective sentences on the descriptive text writing skill of state high school students in Bogor Regency. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of Sig = 0.026 < 0.05 and tcount = 2,282. 3).There is a significant effect of interest in reading on the descriptive text writing skill of state high school students in Bogor Regency. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of Sig = 0.002 < 0.05 and tcount = 3.194.
