PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN ISI BACAAN DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS EKSPLANASI SISWA SMP SWASTA DI KOTA DEPOK

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to find out. 1) The effects of reading comprehension and interest in learning  jointly towards the writing skills of explanatory texts of private junior high school students in Depok City. 2). The effect of reading comprehension towards the writing skills of explanatory texts of private junior high school students in Depok City. 3). The effect of interest in learning towards the writing skills of explanatory texts of private junior high school students in Depok City.  The methode used in this study is a survey with a correlational approach to multiple linier regression statistics with a sample 51 respondents. The results of the study show: 1) There are significant effects of reading comprehension and interest in learning  jointly towards the writing skills of explanatory texts of private junior high school students in Depok City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount = 27,112. 2). There is a significant effect of reading comprehension towards the writing skills of explanatory texts of private junior high school students in Depok City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of Sig = 0.000< 0.05 and tcount = 7,277. 3).There is a significant effect of interest in learning towards the writing skills of explanatory texts of private junior high school students in Depok City. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of Sig = 0.004< 0.05 and tcount = 1,408.
