ANALISIS ALIH KODE DAN CAMPUR KODE ANTARA GURU DAN SANTRI PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA (Kajian Sosiolinguistik)

Abstract


This study aims to describe the form of code switching and code mixing as well as the factors that occur code switching and code mixing between teachers and students in Indonesian Language Learning grade XI SMAS Islam Bani Tamim located at the Bani Tamim Modern Islamic Boarding School, Kp. Etek, Sindang Asih Village, Sindang Jaya District, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This study uses content analysis techniques. The data collection technique in this study is carried out with the simak technique along with its advanced techniques, namely the tapping technique, the free listening technique, the recording technique, and the recording technique. The data validity check technique uses a theoretical triangulation technique. The results of the study were found that in the conversation between teachers and students in Indonesian Language Learning class XI of SMAS Islam Bani Tamim at the Bani Tamim Modern Islamic Boarding School, Kp. Etek, Sindang Asih Village, Sindang Jaya District, Tangerang Regency, there was an incident of internal code transfer of 14 data and external code transfer of 4 data. The event of code mixing in linguistic elements that occurred was the mixing of code inserting elements in the form of words as many as 28 data, phrases as many as 6 data, and sentences as many as 29 data. The factors causing code switching are 1) Speakers and speakers, 2) Listeners and counter-speakers, 3) Changes in the situation with the presence of a third person, 4) Changes from formal to informal or vice versa 5) Changes in the topic of conversation, while the factors causing code mixing are 1) Identification of social roles, 2) Habituation of speakers, 3) Desire to explain or interpret. The results of this study can be implicated in Indonesian learning in high school in grade XI.
