FORMULASI MODEL BISNIS BANK ASI DI BANDUNG

Abstract


Fenomena Penelitian ini didasari dari tingkat keberhasilan pemberian ASI (Air Susu Ibu) eksklusif kepada bayi di Jawa Barat tahun 2017 hanya 38,2% pada 6 bulan pertama kehidupan bayi, hal ini tidak sejalan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (PP RI) No. 33 Tahun 2012 tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan pertama kehidupan bayi. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat bisnis model BANK ASI di Bandung, untuk menjadi wadah bagi para pencari donor ASI untuk mendapatkan donor ASI yang ideal dan memberikan kontribusi untuk menyukseskan program Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Metode Penelitian yang dipakai adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik survey, wawancara, studi literature dan benchmarking dengan para ahli kesehatan dan laktasi serta Bank ASI di luar negri untuk mendapatkan masukan mengenai bisnis model yang sesuai. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah konsep bank ASI menggunakan pendekatan Bisnis model canvas  untuk perusahaan sosial dengan 11 blok elemen.
