ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini tentang “Hubungan Lingkungan Kerja Dengan Stres Guru di SDN Tanjung Barat 01 Jakarta Selatan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan stres guru di SDN tanjung Barat 01 Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitaatif dengan pendekatan survei.  Instrumen penelitian adalah angket, yang diisi oleh guru sebanyak 18 orang. Instrumen penelitian diujicobakan untuk mengetahui validitas (18 butir) dan reliabilitas (0,725).. Sebelum perhitungan koefisien korelasi, diadakan uji persyaratan diadakan uji normalitas data dan uji homogenitas.

Dari instrumen ini, dihitung untuk memperoleh nilai hubungan (koefisien korelasi) dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi r product moment.Setelah nilai r ditemukan, diadakan pengujian taraf signifikan atau pengujian hipotesis dengan melihat tabel nilai product moment pada taraf signifikan α=0,05 untuk menentukan penerimaan atau penolakan hipotesis dengan mengkonsultasikan hasil penelitian (r hitung) dengan nilai r product moment (r tabel). Jika r hitung > r tabel maka Ho ditolak berarti ada hubungan tapi jika r hitung < r tabel maka Ho diterima berarti tidak ada hubungan. Hasil penelitian adalah tidak terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan stres guru di SDN Tanjung Barat 01 Jakarta Selatan (nilai r (koefisien korelasi) = - 0,34, lebih rendah dari nilai r tabel =  0,468).

This research is about "Relationship between Work Environment and Teacher Stress at SDN Tanjung Barat 01 South Jakarta". This study aims to find out about the relationship of work environment with teacher stress at SDN Tanjung Barat 01 South Jakarta.. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which was filled by 18 teachers. The research instrument was tested to know the validity (18 item) and reliability (0,725). Before calculating the correlation coefficient, a requirement test was held for the data normality test and a homogeneity test.From this instrument, it is calculated to obtain the relationship value (correlation coefficient) using the r product moment correlation formula. After the value of r is found, a significant level of testing or hypothesis testing is performed by looking at the table of product moment values at a significant level α = 0.05 to determine acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis by consulting the results of research (r arithmetic) with the value of r product moment (r table). If r arithmetic> r table then Ho is rejected means there is a relationship but if r arithmetic < r table then Ho is accepted meaning there is no relationship. The results of the study are that there is no relationship between work environment and teacher stress in SDN Tanjung Barat 01 South Jakarta (r value (correlation coefficient) = - 0.34, lower than the value of r table = 0.468)
