Solusi Optimal Penguatan Literasi TIK Guru

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan solusi optimal penguatan literasi TIK guru. Literasi TIK menjadi salah satu kompetensi penting bagi guru di era digital. Literasi TIK adalah pengetahuan penggunaan berbagai jenis TIK yang diterapkan dalam memahami, mengakses, mengelola, mengintegrasikan, mengevaluasi, dan mengkreasikan TIK dalam berbagai bentuk serta pengetahuan dalam memahami etika, hukum, dan sosial ekonomi seputar TIK. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis “Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management” (SITOREM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 136 guru SMA swasta di Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa solusi optimal untuk menguatkan literasi TIK guru adalah dengan memperbaiki lima indikator literasi TIK guru yang yang masih lemah untuk segera diperbaiki yaitu create, reflect and judge, manage, access, dan evaluate serta mempertahankan/mengembangkan indikator yang sudah kuat yaitu knowledge dan integrate.
