Aplikasi Pencatatan Stok dan Transaksi Pada Perusahaan Hamzah Baja Menggunakan Php dan MySQL Untuk Akurasi Pengadaan
Abstract
Hamzah Baja Company still performs stock and transaction recording manually using cash receipts, making it vulnerable to recording errors, data loss, and limitations in monitoring item availability in real time. These conditions lead to inventory inaccuracies that affect the procurement process and potentially cause losses due to overstock or stockout. This study aims to develop a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL as a solution to improve recording accuracy and the company’s operational efficiency. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In addition to stock and transaction recording, the system is equipped with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features to support promotional strategies and digital payment integration through Midtrans to provide more flexible transaction options. The results show that the system is capable of generating accurate reports, updating stock in real time, simplifying transaction processes, and increasing customer satisfaction through faster and more structured services.
