PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of learning models on learning outcomes of English, students of State Junior High Schools in East Jakarta. 2) The influence of vocabulary mastery on the results of learning English, State Junior High School students in East Jakarta. 3) The interactive influence of learning models and vocabulary mastery on English learning outcomes, students of State Junior High Schools in East Jakarta. The population used was class VIII SMP with a sample of 60 respondents, with analysis of the model using a 2x2 factorial two-way ANOVA. The results of hypothesis testing can be described as follows: (1) There is a significant effect of the learning model on the learning outcomes of English junior high school students in East Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of data Sig = 0,000 <0.005 and Fcount = 13.816. (2) There is a significant influence in the mastery of vocabulary on the learning outcomes of English students of SMP Negeri in East Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0,000 <0.005 and Fcount = 25,387. (3) There is a significant interactive effect of learning models and vocabulary mastery on English language learning outcomes of SMP Negeri students in East Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.044 <0.005 and Fcount=4.264.
